Who are you? Can I trust you?

CastleHQ is built by ByteJoy. We've been around since 2015. CastleHQ is built and funded entirely by us ... no investors to please. We're just a small team of developers who love to build cool things.

Can I try CastleHQ for free?

Yes! Every plan comes with a free trial. Take your time exploring. When you're ready, pick the plan that fits.

Can I switch between plans?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the new rate starts on your next billing date.

What if I need help?

We're quick to respond. Send us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Head over to our Support page to get in touch.

What happens if I go over the storage limit?

We'll let you know before you hit your limit. If you go over, nothing breaks - you just won't be able to upload new files until you free up space or upgrade.

Is my data safe?

Security is a top priority. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We run regular backups and our infrastructure is hosted on trusted cloud providers. Visit our Security page for details.

Can I export my data?

Yes. We offer a self-service export right from your organization dashboard. Download all of your projects, posts, tasks, messages, and files whenever you need to. No support ticket required.

Where are your servers located?

Our infrastructure is hosted entirely in the United States. That said, we proudly serve teams all over the world and the experience is fast and reliable no matter where you are.
